During a meeting with Vision Group CEO, Don Wanyama; Engsol was appreciated for the great role of transforming the lives of Ugandan farmers by availing affordable and high Quality farm equipment. 

Engineering Solutions is Uganda's leading supplier of agriculture equipment such as TAFE Tractors and implements.

Joined by the Sales Manager, Publishing , Jacqueline Taweeka and Business Development Manager , Clare Komaketch; Engsol was further commended for the continuous support to Vision group projects and most importantly harvest Money. 

Med Mwiri, Sales & Marketing Head at Engineering Solutions said that the organisation is very optimistic about the numerous opportunities that lie with shared partnership with the leadership of Vision group.

Through our Corporate Social Responsibility towards the society, we are ready to kick start a campaign to upskill Technicians in the country through running a farmers competition which will see many people's lives being Transformed. 

Over the years in our practice we have noted that the biggest challenge in our country is lack of skilled man power and hence opening up a skills gap. To fix this, we shall organise together with Vision group to take Qualified farmers and Technicians to J-FARM in India for proper capacity building which will last for close to one month.
