The Mid-Year Network Partners conference which was scheduled for the 4th of December at City Royale Hotel in Bugolobi. This meeting was attended by all our dealers, stockiest, and technicians across Uganda. The meeting started with remarks from our Managing Director, Mr. Ian Walker who reinstated the goals and purposes why nurturing partnerships such as these will help to gunner expected returns on investment for the organization. The Manager, Aftersales, Mr. Jasper Opoipimungu took the partners through a series of business matters among which included; service delivery, Quality assurance, competence metrics & reward strategies.
The Teams that represented areas such as Mbarara, Masindi, Iganga, Mbale, Sironko, Gulu, Kigumba, Adjumani, Hoima among others, pledged to continue with their commitment to growth of their outlets to 1S in terms of parts stocking & Service operations for all tractors in Operations.
As an organization, every half of the year, we have committed resources to always conduct capacity building for all our staff, partners & Stakeholders. This continuous investment in our people will give us the desired results. You can only expect to achieve fruits under a conducive environment.
The Partners had time to discuss in the different focus groups, and this allowed each member to mingle and understand the different landscapes in the other regions, and how operations happen. Knowledge sharing is one of the greatest facets of a growing business or enterprise, once all your people understand the business and its direction, you cannot worry about greater loss burdens.
