Engineering Solutions Uganda Limited in Partnership with MAAIF & NAADS has supplied an additional 20 Tafe Tractors with a horse power rating of 60HP. This comes at a time when the government is systematically devising better approaches to diversifying agriculture. In addtion to the tractors, we have also supplied 20 Harrows for secondly tillage & 20 Disc Ploughs for primary tillage. The Equipment that was inspected by NAADS & MAAIF officials is aimed at improving the livelihood of Ugandans through organised farming practices which in a long run will generate sustainable incomes for all households. These Tractors are to be distributed to different organized farmer groups across the country which surpassed the criteria that were set. This will be a continuous plan for the government of Uganda and we believe even further, other implements such as Planters, Trailers, Cultivators, Harvesters,among others will be considered by either individual groups or at anational level.
