Incorporated in February 2001, Engineering Solutions (U) Limited (ENGSOL) has grown and developed from a project management and engineering consultancy business into the most reliable supplier of tractors and agricultural implements in the Uganda market. The agricultural activities are now supported and complimented by a steel fabrication workshop and Shantui land clearance, road construction and mining equipment.

ENGSOL was appointed as Uganda’s sole dealer of Massey Ferguson tractors and equipment in 2002 and continues to supply and support “original” Massey Ferguson products which are market leaders in Uganda.

Our mission is to contribute to the development of the Uganda agricultural sector through the supply and support of applicable, reliable, durable and value-for money equipment and services. We will strive to ensure continuous staff development and improvement, safety, efficiency, respect and customer focus.

Quality, health, safety and environment are extremely important to ENGSOL and these are addressed by adherence to the implemented Quality and EHS policies and procedures. The safety of ENGSOL’s stakeholders (customers, suppliers, staff, communities in which we work) is a priority and risk assessment and management procedures are followed to minimise all risks.

Quality Management Systems: ENGSOL was certified ISO 9001:2008 compliant in 2009 and continuously strives to improve the efficiency of its systems, processes and procedures by understanding our customers’ needs and expectations and being flexible and reactive to required changes.

ENGSOL continues to focus on the development of the company based on four key strategic drivers:
